PET PORTRAITS

1) Get Up Close! Take your pet’s photo in a well-lit setting, ideally in natural light and without filters.

2) Capture the Details: Aim for a close-up, face-on shot that shows the ears, head, neck, and chest. This helps us create a perfect crop of your pet’s face.

3) Avoid Certain Angles: Steer clear of overhead shots, heavy filters, or blurry photos. We generally can’t work with photos of your pet lying down.

After placing your order, you'll receive a preview via email within 2 business days for final approval. Once you approve it, no further changes can be made.

Once your order is complete, we’ll create a high-quality portrait from your photo. Within two business days, you’ll receive a preview by email for your approval, where you can request adjustments until you’re completely satisfied. Once approved, your portrait is sent for printing, shipping and no further changes can be made.

Since our portraits are custom-made, we begin working on each order immediately after they are placed. 

If you need to cancel an order, please email infopawtrait@gmail.com within 30 minutes after placing it, and we will arrange a refund at our discretion. It is not possible to cancel your order after 30 minutes.

Yes, we're very happy to draw all pets! We've created lots of pet portrait from horses, parrots, to lizards.

SHIPPING

Your order is shipped directly to your doorstep! Our average production time is 5 business days, with an additional 3-7 business days for transit (USA orders). You’ll receive tracking information as soon as it ships, so you can eagerly anticipate the arrival of your new artwork.

RETURNS

Due to the personalised nature of all of our products we are unable to offer returns. Your custom artwork is designed and made to order of the personal image you upload of your pet.

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal as form of payment.

Please get in touch with us via email at 'info@pawtrait.shop' with your order number and which item you'd like to add. We will manually update your order for you and you will receive an invoice via email.
