1) Get Up Close! Take your pet’s photo in a well-lit setting, ideally in natural light and without filters.

2) Capture the Details: Aim for a close-up, face-on shot that shows the ears, head, neck, and chest. This helps us create a perfect crop of your pet’s face.

3) Avoid Certain Angles: Steer clear of overhead shots, heavy filters, or blurry photos. We generally can’t work with photos of your pet lying down.

We are happy to help with changes to your pet portrait order as long as you reach out to info@pawtrait.shop within 30 minutes of your order being placed.

Our professional artist team will create a high quality portrait from your photo once your order is complete. A preview of this will then be emailed to you for approval. Within 2 working days, you will receive a preview of your artwork for approval. At this point, you can request any changes you want until you are completely satisfied. Then copy is printed.
